Import an Image & Avoid Copyright Infringement
  1. Use a SEM:Tech Template to frame examples and non-examples for your students

  3. Use Google Images to find images that do not infringe on someone's copyright (See hint below)
  4. Select images that are both obviously and not obviously connected. ​
  5. Here are some more examples and info about One of These Things Is Not Like The Other.

Hint:
While in Google Images, click on "Search Tools". A another menu bar will appear. Click on "Usage Rights". You will want to find an image that is labeled for reuse in some form.
Web Search - Truth vs. Bias
  1. Find two news stories or websites that seem unlikely but are factual.
  2. Locate one news story or website that seems at least somewhat plausible but is false
  3. Create a Google Document or Slides presentation that contains the three stories. 
  4. Share your one link with the group. 
  5. BONUS POINTS if the three stories are related or focused on one topic.​
Design a Logo

Make a Digital Story using Adobe Spark Video
  1. Go to spark.adobe.com and create a FREE account. If you have an iPad, download Adobe Spark Video from the App Store. 
  2. Create a NEW PROJECT by selecting the YELLOW + button. Then choose VIDEO and create a title. 
  3. Pick a story template.
  4. Watch the short tutorial video to get started. 
  5. Each frame has the option to add a photo, icon, or text. You can also record a voice over for each slide. 
  6. Explore the Theme, Music, and Layout options. Find the best match for the mood of your story.  
  7. When you are done, share you masterpiece.
